There are many ways to invest in property.

The scarce commodity in Brisbane well-located land. 

The block sizes tend to range from the small lot blocks at 405sqm (16 perch), to 607sqm (24 perch), or the larger blocks that can be split or subdivided at 810 sqm (32 perch).

It’s also vital to understand the zoning on each block, whether it is low-medium density residential (LMR), meaning that units or townhouses may be developed in the future, or low density residential (LDR). 

There are also certain overlays that determine what can and can’t be done with houses.
